Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated on the product description list. Unless otherwise stated, all orders are delivered via UPS Ground. For items weighing less than 200 pounds, UPS is the carrier of choice, and we send UPS Ground unless you request expedited shipment over the phone (Next Day, 2nd Day, etc.). Return shipping and restocking fees will apply to orders returned by UPS as non-deliverable lead to erroneous addresses or closed companies. Orders delivered via our regular ground delivery methods usually arrive in 3-7 business days. As soon as the order arrives, you will get an email with tracking information.
The cost of shipping is measured dynamically during the checkout process, and these charges are estimates. When the order is ready to arrive, the actual delivery costs will be decided. We will change the delivery rate and ship your order whether it is equal to or less than the price measured in the shopping cart. However, if the delivery rate is higher than the online shopping cart’s estimation, we will ask you for approval. The extra shipping expense will be charged to your order after it has been accepted.
Orders sent after 12 p.m. will be delivered the next business day. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Monday, unless the order is placed on a weekend, in which case it will be shipped the next business day.
Orders for U.S. military personnel with APO/FPO addresses are delivered through parcel post by the United States Postal Service. Shipping costs are in addition to the products bought, and are determined using our volume discounts. There are no additional handling costs.
Orders may be picked up from our warehouses by contacting (NUMBER) toll free and making arrangements with a Customer Service Representative.
There is no restocking charge, however the consumer is responsible for return shipping unless the goods was faulty or damaged upon delivery.
If we supply you with return shipping labels, your payment will be returned less shipping expenses.
Defective or damaged
Please notify us within 10 working days if there is any defect or damage in the product received. Feel free to contact us or email us and we are happy to solve your issue and provide you the refund or exchange if required.
